The Paparico

Paparico presents a cuisine influenced by the traditional Portuguese gastronomy of comfort and based on four creative pillars: territory, product, recipe and culture.

It is born through the hands of Chef Rui Martins and his team, a bold, innovative and creative combination that runs through our country from north to south.

From the most exclusive wine cellars in Portugal come the suggestions of harmonization by Sommelier António Lopes, carefully selected to accompany each dish, but always taking into account the different soils and different Portuguese regions.

You can choose from three tasting menus: the Portugalidade Menu, the Regional Menu and the Flora Menu.
