Created by two childhood friends, Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi, Amorino was born in 2002.
The passion of the creators is revealed through the fundamental values: demanding quality, cultivating constancy, pleasure and flavor, creating flavors and decorations.

The flavor of an ice cream has, first of all, a careful choice of each ingredient but also patient work and quality of its preparation. Amorino is keenly aware of this demanding process. Each new recipe takes the search for flavors and the pleasure of tasting a step further. How? Simply valuing the biological and the natural in the first place, penetrating the secret of the origin of each product but also verifying the production methods on the spot.
In 2005, Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi decided to centralize production, in order to combine their expertise with modern techniques, from creation to production.

Cristiano Sereni «our ice cream and sorbets are boosted daily according to Italian tradition, under the eyes of our chefs. Our recipes have a maturation time that allows the refinement of each flavor and gives each flavor time to affirm its own personality. We use organic eggs, high quality whole milk.
