Between August 1st and September 30th, three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays), the Leça da Palmeira and Matosinhos Marginal will be the stage for these timed training sessions, limited to 20 participants per session and distance.

Registration is free and available at www.runporto.com

There are two distances available, 10 km (for people over 18) and 5 km (for all ages), prepared exclusively for residents in the municipality of Matosinhos.

The organization advises that runners, or others, with cough, fever, difficulty breathing, diarrhea or other signs / symptoms of COVID-19, do not travel to the training location.

In order to make these drills timed as safe as possible for everyone, the organization asks all participants to wear protective masks placed on the face, covering the nose and mouth, until the moment of the starting shot and right after completion activity.

Some more security measures will also be taken:

-The distance between the participants must be greater than 2 meters during the entire action.

-The starting shot for each participant will be given with some time distance (starting against the clock).

-For this reason, for the purposes of classification will be taken into account the official time of the race and not the gross time.

The classifications will later be published on the organization's website (www.runporto.com).

Monday - Marça de Leça da Palmeira: 10 km - 18:30 pm | 5 km - 19:00 pm
