With almost 70 years of history and a privileged address with direct passage to the heart of Baixa is Hotel Infante Sagres assumes itself as host of the city's rediscovery
After a period of closure due to the State of Emergency, and complying with all the rules and recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health and Tourism of Portugal, the first five stars of Porto reopens its doors on the 1st of August, with a complete program that passes through the most emblematic places of this destination.
The name reveals the claim: “Perfect Porto”.
To enjoy the summer in the nerve center of the city, this is a two-night program in which the hotel is the starting point for a set of experiences that allow you to rediscover the places of mandatory visit.
The itinerary begins with a tour of the city, conducted through a walking tour which lasts for three hours. With the right to a guide, this is the opportunity to get to know or revisit, quietly, each corner of the historic center.
Then, it is time to set off on a cruise that crosses the six bridges that link Porto to Vila Nova de Gaia, from Foz to Freixo.
Leaving the river that once packed the kites aboard the Rabelo boats, we leave for a guided tour of the new visit center of the Caves Fonseca - to be inaugurated soon - one of the most famous and awarded Port wine brands.
A visit that runs through this house with more than two hundred years of history, recognized for the quality of its fruity Port and Vintage Port wines. The visit is followed by a test.
Back to Infante Sagres, it is still possible to enjoy the hotel's terrace and extend the end of a summer day, with a relaxed dip in a swimming pool in the heart of the city.
To end the experience, the invitation is for a dinner reserved at Vogue Café Porto.
The hotel's integrated bar and restaurant offers a haven of tranquility in the heart of the city.
Among suggestions that blend Mediterranean cuisine and exotic tastes, you can enjoy three dishes, with a selection of wines included.
