Air France strengthens connection between Porto and Paris and Transavia will fly to Montpellier
From this Thursday the 17th, Air France will reinforce the operation to Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris with a daily flight. But the connection to Gallic lands will be further expanded in early July with the new Porto-Montpellier route, provided by Transavia, a low-cost airline in the Air France / KLM group.
Air France had already announced the resumption of daily air connections from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport to Paris, in early June. Now, it is also known that flights will intensify from July 13, with two air connections per day.
Additionally, the Transavia, a low cost airline from Air France and KLM, will inaugurate a new route to the south of France, Montpellier, already next month.
“This is one of the announcements that we are most proud of in these challenging times: the opening of a totally new route between Porto and Montpellier, where we will start our operations for the first time in early July. Montpellier is a particularly cosmopolitan and dynamic city and Porto is a historical and strategic origin / destination for Transavia ”, said in a statement the CEO of Transavia France, Nathalie Stubler.
