The tempting proposals
No Gastronomic Restaurant, awarded with two Michelin stars, the menu proposed by Chef Ricardo Costa reflects his vision: the flavors of tradition worked with mastery and creativity.
An intention unveiled in the first dish, Tomato & Sardine “Nitro”, from a menu that serves Portugal and the Atlantic coast at table, from Cod with xerém, coriander and egg, to Raia with cauliflower, couscous and pita sauce , which ends with the Leitão dish, a real ex-libris of the cuisine of the natural chef of Aveiro.
Among the desserts, you can find another chapter of the Portuguese recipe: Eggs Moles & Chocolate Tripa, a typical sweet from the beaches of Costa Nova.
The menu, available from 19:30 pm, is accompanied by a selection of wines also specially designed for the celebration, included in the amount of € 250,00 per person.
No Orangerie Restaurant, the homage to traditional flavors is maintained, with some of the dishes on the first menu, including Sardines & Tomato “Nitro” and the dish of Raia, to which the Portuguese Canned Food is added, in which the Chef recovers this century-old technique from fishing coast, to sample different fish and bivalves.
Next up is Gamba Violeta, with fried rice, gamba and Bloody Mary and Lamb of Milk, with avocado, chili and tandoori sauce.
Dessert immerses you in the freshness of the season's flavors: Cherry, Coconut and Basil.
