In a first phase, the doors of IKEDA Japanese Cuisine will only be open for dinner, from Thursday to Saturday, between 19:30 pm and 23:00 pm.

O IKEDA Japanese Cuisine, a space known as the extension of Japan in Porto and one of the Japanese restaurants of reference in the country, will once again receive customers from this Thursday (May 5).

The meal can take place:

- at NIWA - the oriental garden with terrace, where it is possible to dine outdoors, in a relaxed atmosphere and in communion with nature;

- in the TSURU room - IKEDA's most iconic space, known for its 3 origami hanging from the ceiling;

- in the typical Izakaya where, given the current circumstances, the traditional counter is no longer in operation, with only the table service remaining.

The restaurant advises prior reservation, with a maximum limit of six people per table.

Following all guidelines established by the Directorate-General for Health, or IKEDA implemented a set of extraordinary hygiene and safety measures, which resulted in a reorganization of the space and the service, with emphasis, among other points, on the adoption of digital menus.

In addition to ensuring the protection and well-being of its customers, IKEDA maintains as a priority the offer of unique and unforgettable experiences around the best of Japanese cuisine. As a welcome, a discount of 5% will be offered to customers who come to dinner at the restaurant.

O IKEDA continues to offer take-away and home delivery services, so that your proposals can also be tasted in the comfort of homes. These services are available from Tuesday to Sunday, from 19 pm to 22:30 pm.
