O Porto Motor Show accelerates for its fourth edition that extends, for the first time, on two weekends, June 9-10 and June 16-17.

Exponor becomes a showcase for the latest launches and news in the automotive sector, and this year, the event promises adventure and fun for the whole family.

Tighten your belt, because the fourth edition of Salão Auto do Porto will provide an adrenaline-fueled experience. With several obstacles that reach up to 6 meters in height, the OFF Road Experience brings SUVs to the outside of the exhibition space to prove their worth.

Visitors will have the opportunity to challenge the capabilities of some of the most sought after SUVs on the market, accompanied by a certified driver. The activity will be available during the first weekend of the event.

Children also participate

More the news doesn't stop here. This year, children also enter the race, in a new area exclusive for small riders. Renato Pita, a Portuguese driver who competes on the international rally circuit, was invited to develop a playful-pedagogical area dedicated to the little ones, where they will learn about road safety and will have the opportunity to test their knowledge and expertise on a route with pedal cars.

The space AUTO Kids will have permanent professional surveillance and also access to various activities, which will delight the youngest, while parents know all the news on display at the event.

The driver will also have his race car on display so that kids and adults can get to know the characteristics of a racing vehicle up close.

According to Filipe Gomes, director of the Salão Automóvel do Porto, “the event is reaching a stage of maturity and is now gaining new dimensions, ceasing to be just a showcase of novelties, to become an experience for lovers of the four wheels. In addition, we feel that it is an increasingly familiar event, because the decision to buy the car is now also shared between men and women and even the smallest ones have a great influence on the decision ”.

Visitors can take test drives on the Exponor stage

Good business opportunities

Dedicated to families looking for affordable opportunities, the Porto Motor Show is organized in partnership with ARAN - National Association of the Automotive Branch, and allows visitors to take test drives on the Exponor stage.

The event is a excellent opportunity to find out what's new and get attractive deals.

Entry to the event costs € 2,00 (via the online ticket office) or € 3,00 (Exponor ticket office). There is a promotional ticket for families (two adults and children under 16) for € 5,00.
