From April 7 to 9, Exponor receives all the news and latest trends in cosmetics, aesthetics, nails, makeup and hair. With a dynamic agenda of events and parallel activities, the next edition of Expocosmética promises exclusive launches, parades, live demonstrations and talent contests.
22nd edition of Expocosmética gathers, from April 7 to 9, at Exponor, the main brands and the most recognized professionals sector to present the latest trends in the world of cosmetics, aesthetics, nails, makeup and hair.
The event, open to the public and professionals on the 7th and 8th and reserved for professionals on the last day, intends to assert itself as one of the main stages of world beauty trends. This edition highlights the major themes that will revolutionize the market in the coming years, such as natural cosmetics, vegan and biotechnology. The first “Trend Book” will also be launched, a guide that brings together the main news and innovations in cosmetics worldwide.
With motto “I Believe in the Power of Love”, the event highlights the role of beauty as a form of expression and inspiration. There will be a new space dedicated to brands inspired by the vintage spirit, such as Couto or Antiga Barbearia de Bairro. In addition, some of the most recognized names in the market, such as hairstylists Vasco Freitas and Juliana Lamares, will be invited to give their testimony and share their passion for the profession.
The event opens April 7 at 14:00 pm. Following are the fashion shows, with guest designer Susana Bettencourt, whose collections have already attracted the attention of international artists such as Rita Ora, Alexander Burke and Lady Gaga. The brands Type, Elsa Barreto and Bestitch will also present their new collections on the main stage of the event.
O care of men in the treatment of their hair, beards or mustaches has been receiving increasing attention, so the event will again have a space especially dedicated to the barber shop, the “Barbers Corner”. In addition, on Sunday, the 8th, he returns to the always awaited final of the “Challenge Barber Shop by CACP - Clube Artístico dos Cabeleireiros de Portugal”, which challenges the creativity and talent of Portuguese barbers.
In addition, throughout the event, several competitions and championships will be promoted to reward the talent of professionals and demonstrations of new techniques and products.

With more than 200 exhibitors and 48.000 visitors, Expocosmética asserts itself as the great Iberian showcase of the universe of beauty. The internationalization of the event is also a strong bet of the organization, which in this edition foresees an increase in exhibitors and international visitors. It is recalled that, in the last edition, the fair registered more than 2.000 foreign visitors, mostly from the neighboring country.
