The biggest beauty event in the Iberian Peninsula returns to Exponor to present the latest in cosmetics, aesthetics, nails, makeup and hair.
With a dynamic agenda of events and parallel activities, the next edition of Expocosmética promises exclusive launches, parades, live demonstrations and talent contests.
Driven by fashion, science and technology, cosmetics is one of the most dynamic industries, registering a fast pace of launches and advances.
The 22nd edition of Expocosmética brings together, from April 7 to 9, at Exponor, the main brands and the most recognized professionals in the sector to present the latest trends in the world of cosmetics, aesthetics, nails, makeup and hair.
The event, open to the public and professionals on the 7th and 8th and reserved for professionals on the last day, intends to assert itself as one of the main stages of world beauty trends. This edition highlights the major themes that will revolutionize the market in the coming years, such as natural cosmetics, vegan and biotechnology, in the new space “Beauty Trends”. The first “Trend Book” will also be launched, a guide that brings together the main news and innovations in cosmetics worldwide.
With the motto “I Believe in the Power of Love”, the event highlights the role of beauty as a form of expression and inspiration. There will be a new space dedicated to brands inspired by the vintage spirit, such as Couto, Former Barbershop of the Neighborhood, Por ti Perco a Cabeça and Aldeia da Roupas Branca. In addition, some of the most recognized names on the market, such as hairdressers Vasco Freitas and Juliana Lamares, will be invited to give their testimony and share their passion for the profession. THE guest ambassador of this edition is actress and model Júlia Palha.
In addition to beauty, the big names in fashion also parade again at the event. This year, the invited designer is Susana Bettencourt, present in international fashion circuits such as London Fashion Week and Vancouver Fashion Week.
The care of men in the treatment of their hair, beards or mustaches has been receiving more and more attention, so the event will again have a space especially dedicated to the barbershop, the "Barbers Corner". In addition, he returns to the always awaited final of the “Challenge Barber Shop by CACP - Clube Artístico dos Cabeleireiros de Portugal” that challenges the creativity and talent of Portuguese barbers.

With more than 200 exhibitors and 48.000 visitors, Expocosmética asserts itself as the great Iberian showcase of the beauty universe. The internationalization of the event is also a strong bet of the organization, which in this edition foresees an increase in exhibitors and international visitors.
It is recalled that, in the last edition, the fair registered more than 2.000 foreign visitors, mostly from the neighboring country.
